Every organization now uses AI, often in more places than anyone has written down: tools staff chose themselves, features built into software you already pay for, and agents that act on your behalf. Boards, auditors and insurers are starting to ask the same question: which AI do you run, who approved it, and can you show it on a given date?
SanctumShield answers that question in one guided session. You receive a dated set of records built from your own answers:
- AI Inventory: every AI tool, feature and agent in use.
- AI Acceptable Use Policy: the rules your leadership sets for AI.
- Executive Risk Report: findings and next steps, mapped to the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Board Memo: AI risk in plain language for directors.
- Verification Record: a link anyone you share a document with can use to check its date and source.
- AI Posture Summary: one page for your broker or auditor, showing what changed since last time.
Two more pieces round it out. The AI Governance Coach answers questions by voice or text, with sources and never a verdict. The SanctumShield Academy trains your people by role, from the board to every employee, with a dated credential for each person.
We do not store your answers or documents. You keep them.
The benefit is simple. When someone asks how your organization governs AI, you hand them a dated record instead of an explanation.
